my email, my blog, my instant messaging, my SE (read:my brain), if google folded, Naoozubillah, the internet would be rendered defunct.
I can't get excited about this.
Google is evil. They're gonna own everything, and internet giant intellgiencia.
I get uncomfortable thinking of all that they own.. blogger, google, gmail, gtalk... all moves recorded somewhere.
It's like Big Brother, I tell you. What's stopping them from somewhere in the future suddenyl, digging into all the info they have.

@ Muhammad: I think there was a case fairly recently where AOL did that, brought out all the info this 60 year old woman had searched for over 6 months or summing.Things like excercise techniques for dogs and retiring with dignity etc.
It's very possible though if google monopolises, but they just seem like such nice guys ;p
